An affordable property, clean, handy location for Kyoto as it's next to a bicycle rental shop. Gentle staff, we had a fantastic stay. Shimogyo Ward district certainly deserves to be visited.

The location and staff was what makes that place GREAT. Memorable view, a lovely balcony, very clean bed, too. The staff did all they can for an outstanding stay. There was a plunge pool to enjoy too. It was centrally located. We liked that there was a convenient restaurant on site.

it was as expected, had a terrific stay. comfy hotel, clean, wonderful staff and the beds were lovely. the room was perfect and the bathroom spacious. the breakfast was free - lots of food.

Extra helpful staff and I loved private parking. Cute lobby. Hot drinks, fast wifi were a nice surprise. The shops and a market were right next door. Plus I reached a long-running museum in 15 minutes by foot...
